What kind of Equipment is used to clear lots?
Depending on the size of the items that need to be removed a Forestry Mower can be used or Manual Labor.
What do you do if I want to keep a few bigger trees and have everything else removed?
Let the Arborist know (before they complete the estimate) that you want to keep some or all of the wood.
When you clear underbrush and trees do you take all the debris away?
When the forestry mower is used the shredded wood debris remains on the ground.
How can I prevent things from resprouting after the lot is cleared?
Stumps of larger trees can be ground. If there is a large area of undergrowth cleared the area can be treated with a pesticide to curtail regrowth.
How long does it take to clear a lot?
It depends on the square footage. An estimate can be provided after the area is marked
Can grass be planted after a lot is cleared?
Every situation is different. A Certified Arborist can evaluate that when the estimate is provided.
